Terms, conditions and capital insurance
Read the contractual terms carefully before signing. The invested amount is insured at 100% through Berkshire Hathaway.
100% insurance of invested amount
The entire capital allocated by the investor is fully protected through a policy issued by Berkshire Hathaway. In any unfavorable scenario, the invested amount is returned in full.
Object of the contract
This contract governs the investor's participation in the SpaceX initial public offering (IPO) scheduled for 2026, through the institutional subscription program.
Invested amount
The investor allocates a sum of capital, expressed in USD, for the acquisition of shares at the time of listing. The minimum amount is USD 10,000; the maximum amount may be negotiated separately.
100% Berkshire Hathaway insurance
The invested capital is fully insured, at 100%, through a policy issued by Berkshire Hathaway. If the IPO does not materialize or share value falls below initial capital, the investor recovers the full invested amount.
Terms and conditions
Payment is made by secure bank transfer. Participation confirmation occurs within a maximum of 5 business days. The investor benefits from a right of withdrawal during the first 14 calendar days.
Confidentiality and compliance
All investor data is processed in accordance with GDPR and MiFID II regulations. The operator complies with applicable KYC/AML requirements for capital markets.
Limitation of liability
Except for the capital guarantee offered through Berkshire Hathaway, future returns are not guaranteed. The investor acknowledges that share performance depends on market conditions.
Reservation amount
Choose the capital you want to reserve. The minimum amount is USD 10,000.
Illustrative estimates. The capital remains 100% insured through Berkshire Hathaway.
Electronic signature
Informational document. The official contractual version is sent after identity validation and KYC/AML checks.
